2026 iOS Shadowrocket Official Setup Guide: US Apple ID Acquisition & Node Import Handbook

The definitive 2026 iOS Shadowrocket guide for iPhone and iPad. Learn how to securely register a US Apple ID, purchase official apps, import subscription URLs, and configure native iOS VPN profiles.

Key Takeaway (TL;DR): Shadowrocket is the premier $2.99 buy-once proxy client for iOS. Bypassing regional App Store restrictions requires a US Apple ID—which should strictly be logged into the App Store rather than system iCloud to prevent device lockouts. Once installed, paste your provider subscription URL, approve the iOS VPN profile prompt, and select Config routing mode for seamless split-tunneling.

Always isolate foreign accounts strictly to the App Store app to safeguard your personal iCloud and Find My iPhone functionality.
